IMS Global Marketing Website - 2003

IMS Health is the world's leading provider of data, insight and intelligence for the pharmaceutical industry. In 2001 IMS underwent a major business transformation. They moved from a data and products business to a client-service based solutions and consulting business. This major repositioning coincided with a complete rebranding.

Sequel Studio was approached to help define IMS's Internet strategy, create a marketing site to launch their new brand and provide a marketing communications platform for media and investors. The website made use of a modular template architecture incorporating contextual linking and promotional modules, giving IMS flexibility to up-sell and cross promote their services.

As the Senior Interaction Designer on this project, my responsibilities were to define the user experience and outline overall site structure to align IMS's offerings and communication needs with their respective target audience. I developed the information architecture, interaction design and provided creative direction for the website.
